I love boat tours. We've taken them in Istanbul, Bangkok, Amsterdam, and even Chicago. It's one of the best ways to see a city's skyline.

This is the Atlantis Hotel on The Palm, the man made islands made to look like a palm tree.

This wasn't the biggest boat we saw, not even close. The crown price has his own 100+ stateroom small cruise ship parked in front of his beach house on his private island.
