White Cliffs of Dover

We arrived in Dover today to meet our cruise ship. The cliffs are white because they are made of limestone and chalk. They are symbolic because when soldiers went off to war they were the last thing they would see, and the first thing they saw when they returned.

It's nice to be on the boat and be able to unpack. We got a cabin upgrade so it's bigger than either of our hotel rooms in London and Paris. We have a nice big veranda that looks off the aft of the ship.

Coral's excited about eating pizza and ice cream everyday by the pool. I'm just happy to have unlimited cold water to drink! Mom is happy to get some laundry done!
