Crystal was able to get a loaner international blackberry from work for the trip. It will work well while in Bangkok but may be spotty in Cambodia.
We'll be trying to hit the internet cafes on a regular basis to check in with email (we realized while on a boat off the coast of Costa Rica that neither of us likes to be with out email too long - it makes us jumpy).
