That's the adjective I landed on after spending a week in Paris. If Florence is all about the beauty of the Renaissance, and Rome is a city made for giants, then Paris is a city built for kings. From the gilded monuments that flank their bridges, to the grand shopping boulevards, to the Gothic cathedrals, to the ornate architecture, Paris is a city that makes everyone feel like royalty.
