While the outside of the tombs at Mada'in Saleh were ornate, the insides were very simple. Roughly carved, they didn't have any decoration and usually just a few niches that served as the final resting place. Or temporary resting place for TB1.

The insides of the caves and niches were remarkably cool, but very small .
