Grundtvigs Church

I minored in Architectural History in college. The tests in those classes consisted of pictures of 20 or so buildings that we had to identify, know where they were, when they were built, the architect, and the significance of the building. To this day I remember buildings from those classes.

Grundtvigs is one of those buildings. It is a church that looks like an organ. It was built in the 1960's, and is located in a neighborhood away from any tourists in Copenhagen.

It was cold and rainy so we just took a couple of pictures. But, like so many buildings, it was so much cooler in real life than in pictures.
